By using Aidovra and FluxivoChat (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Payments

All paid plans are one-time payments for lifetime access. Prices are in EUR and exclusive of applicable VAT. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to transmit malware, to impersonate others, or to send spam. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

FluxivoChat and all associated materials are owned by Aidovra. You retain ownership of all content you upload to your knowledge base.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
