Colors
Set your primary brand color, text color, and background. The widget automatically generates complementary shades.
Position
Bottom-right (default), bottom-left, or trigger via a custom button anywhere on your page.
Welcome Message
Set the greeting customers see when the widget opens. Example: “Hi! How can we help you today?”
Avatar & Name
Upload a custom avatar image and set the display name. Use your brand name or a friendly agent name.
All customization is done from your dashboard → Widget Settings. Changes preview in real time before you publish.
